Shipping and Return Policies

  1. Vintage Sewing Machine -- In store pickup only -- all sales are final with a 1 year guarantee on mechanical workings (excludes maintenance items or damage caused by owner).
  2. Finished Quilts -- In store pickup or shipped by carrier of our choice with insurance provided -- Returns are accepted at buyers expense, see Return Policy below. Exceptions may apply.
  3. Patterns -- In store pickup or shipped by carrier of our choice. Shipping costs are stated per each item -- Returns are accepted at buyers expense, see Return Policy below. Exceptions may apply.
  4. Vintage Sewing Machine Parts -- In store pickup or shipped by carrier of our choice.  Shipping costs are stated per each item. -- Returns are accepted at buyers expense, see Return Policy below. Exceptions may apply.
 

Returns

For those products which may be returned you will receive a store credit, if returned within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in like-new condition. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer.

All returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number.

Class Cancellation and No Show Policy

If you are unable to attend the class and notify the shop 3 days prior to the class date, you will receive store credit for the amount of the class fee. No store credit will be provided if failure to notify the shop 3 days or prior to the class date. Please notify the shop at pansyspatch@gmail.com or by phone at (660)730-0142.
